Supplier & Merchant Code of Conduct
Effective Date: October 2026 · Official Operating Standard of EXZAZON Market and Hardware Studio.
01. Purpose & Scope
This Supplier & Merchant Policy applies to all independent brands, distributors, hardware manufacturers, and authorized retail merchants providing goods or components sold on the EXZAZON Market platform or tested in the EXZAZON Mohammadpur Hardware Lab.
EXZAZON operates on an inviolable Value-First philosophy. We reject the dropshipping model of unchecked inventory. Every supplier must align with our commitment to transparency, authentic origin verification, and customer protection.
02. Zero-Counterfeit & Provenance Standards
- Suppliers must provide official distributor authorization letters or verifiable commercial import documentation.
- Every batch must carry legitimate manufacturer serial codes subject to spot audits.
- Refurbished or B-stock units must be clearly flagged and categorized separately with explicit disclosure.
03. Physical Lab Testing & Batch Samples
Prior to listing on EXZAZON Market, suppliers must provide physical sample units for testing at our Mohammadpur hardware facility (2/3 Block # A, Iqbal Road, Dhaka-1207).
Our engineers conduct stress-testing, switch actuation checks, acoustic profiling, and firmware stability audits. Only products receiving an EXZAZON Utility Score of 80/100 or higher are approved for public sale.
04. 1-Year Official Replacement Warranty Obligation
Every merchant agrees to support EXZAZON's standard 1-year official replacement warranty for mechanical and electronic defects.
- When a customer reports a verified factory defect within the warranty period, the supplier must replace the defective unit within 7 business days.
- Defective units must be returned to the Mohammadpur Lab for root-cause diagnosis.
- Repeated defect rates exceeding 3.5% of units sold will trigger an immediate listing suspension.
05. Commercial Terms & Escrow Settlements
Customer payments are held securely in the EXZAZON Escrow settlement engine until order delivery and initial inspection are satisfied.
06. Labor, Ethical & Environmental Conduct
Suppliers must comply with all applicable Bangladesh labor laws and environmental disposal directives. We refuse relationships with vendors employing forced or underage labor, engaging in predatory pricing, or utilizing hazardous non-compliant lead soldering.
